Adult Fitness
Our adult fitness classes are composed of a variety of exercises and tasks often used with gymnasts. In contrast to the gymnastics classes, our fitness classes focus more on getting your body healthy and fit by increasing muscle tone and definition, and helping you to set and achieve goals for the physical shape you would like to be in.
Each Fitness Class is an hour long and works all parts of the body. We use free weights at a weight according to your strength as well as gymnastics equipment that will help tone and sculpt your body.
About Our School
MD State Gym is a year round school. Throughout the year our loyal customers and students come to continue to advance themselves. We teach every program starting from the student’s current skill level, and gradually progressing to more difficult elements, to achieve real results.
About Our Teachers
Fitness classes are taught by instructor Brian Shrewsbury. Brian is certified through USA Gymnastics and has over 25 years experience training athletes. Classes are great for people of all sizes and experience levels.
